Yes, you can. We require a 30-day notice for cancellations. Please call the studio for other details.

Do you have dressing rooms?

All our sauna beds and cold plunges are in individual rooms so you can change comfortably in the privacy of your own suite.

What should I bring to my session?

We've got you covered with towels, a robe (for transitions between the sauna and cold plunge), and a water bottle refill station. Water is also available for purchase.

For the sauna, we recommend loose clothing that is easy to put on after a sweat. For the cold plunge, a swimsuit or similar attire is required.

What do I do post-sauna session?

We provide towels for you to dry off with while you cool down naturally. Rehydrate with 8-24 ounces of water and/or an electrolyte drink to replenish fluids.
