Schedule

Booking an appointment is easy! You can do it online through our website or app, or just give us a call, and we’ll happily set it up for you.

Be Prepared

We encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. For the sauna, we recommend you wear loose-fitting clothing that is easy to put on after a sweat. For the cold plunge, a swimsuit or some type of similar attire is required. 

 

Make sure you hydrate before and after your session and that you've had a little something to eat to keep you feeling your best.

Check In

Ready to start your wellness journey? We recommend checking in at least 5 minutes before your session.

Our staff will discuss the best temperatures and intensity levels to maximize your benefits before your session begins.

Get Comfortable

After check-in, we'll show you to your private suite, which will be fully stocked with towels for your convenience - whether you're using the sauna, cold plunge, or both.

​

For those enjoying a contrast therapy session, a comfortable robe is provided so you can easily transition between rooms.
